  • God is not a trinity. You can prove this to yourself by google searching "origin of the trinity" and then clicking on "from paganism to Constantine". Here you will find archaeological and historical writings from historians in regard to where the trinity teaching originated from. That is probably why the word trinity is not found in any translation of the bible...it's not a bible teaching.

  • thank you so much! i was a jehovahs witness - until i had to realize after blind obeying years that the NWT of the bible has indeed been changed, sth. i could never believe when others told me. i thought that they are only trying to (unconsciously of course) make me leave the only right way. now its really hard for me to prove to myself the real truth, Jesus, the only way, the only God - and your video makes it easier, thank you & God Bless!!!

  • This self appointed cult exposer, who gave him that title, himself?, i would ask him this, what is the true Bible story? what is Gods battle with Saton, what was Jesus's real purpose of coming to earth ,not only to give mankind a way back to everlasting life but his other reasons, you cannot explain god but it does say in revalation, that then is finished the Mystery of God,to me god isnt a mystery, you say he cant be explained i can explain him,he is just like us he made us in HIS image, you are wrong.

  • @fringist NO one person can completely understand God. You have a cursed mind and heart from Fall in the Garden of Eden. Jesus Saves if you sincerely pursue what he has asked from us. Amen

  • It's so simple the Jahovahs witness say they are right because they look at their bible that has ben Twisted by evil to comfuse people its so sad Im happy to say that I believe in Jesus Christ he is the way the only way he is the Light thank you Lord !!!!

  • this man is no authority on John 1:1. If The God = the trinity in John 1:1b than who was the word with? John 1:1B does not say the father (although only the father is the God John 17:3 1corinth 8:6) it says the GOD = trinity which the word was with which would mean the word was not the god but with the God. Trinitarians assume John 1:1b is the father, but if the Word was God as in The God 1:1B being the father that would make the Word God the father which would imply Sabellianism or Modalism

  • God had no beginning. Michael/The Word did. That's why John1:1 says

    (in the beginning)

  • @MacAppleJack The Logos was on a mercy mission to become our Kinsman Redeemer, that is why he pitched his tent with us (John 1:14) Christ was hands on responsible for all creation in the first place and hands on responsible for its reconciliation in the last place. In John 1:3 right after identifying him as "theos" John says everything came into existence through "theos" and that there were no exceptions to this, not even one. The first thing that came into existence did so through him.

  • @MacAppleJack John 1:1a says "In the beginning WAS the Word"

"For the intellect, having ascended to “the beginning,” enquires what “beginning”; and then finding the “was” always outstripping its imagination, has no point at which to stay its thought; but looking intently onwards, and being unable to cease at any point, it becomes wearied out, and turns back to things below. For this “was in the beginning,” is nothing else than expressive of ever being and being infinitely." - John Chrysostom

Im a christian and hes a believer of JW so i dunno . help ?

  • @archeng123 I answered your question on the page!

  • To answer your question can we know what God is yes God is love John 4:8..I don't agree with the man in the video. In John 1:1 where it says and the word was WITH God ...look further to Psalms 83:18 where it says That men may know that thou whose name ALONE is JE-HO'VAH,art the most high over all the earth, therefore the word Jesus in John1;1 ...was with Jehovah God his father. I challenge any to find the word trinity in the bible not there ...by the way I used Kings James Version for Ps. 83.

  • @LoveTruthForever sorry just wanted to add it's 1 John 4:8 God is Love...the whole scripture says He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

  • Just wanted to answer your question can we know what God is ? Yes in John 4:8 it says god is love! I don't agree with the man in the video I don't believe him to be very honest about most he says. As for John1:1 where it says and the Word was WITH God..well turn to Psalms 83:18 in a kings James version it says mine is from 1972... it says: "That men may know that thou whose name ALONE is JE-HO'VAH, art the most high over all the earth. Therefore the word Jesus was with Jehovah God his Father."

  • John 1:3 Through him (the spoken word, the truth) all things were made. God created the universe with his logos. He spoke the universe into existence with his truth.

Where do you see a created being? The truth was always with God.

Michael is not the truth. He was created thru the truth and by the truth.

  • John 8:31-32 If you hold to my teaching, you are really my desciples. Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.

John 8:36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

The Son Jesus is the truth.

In the beginning was the truth, the truth was with God and God was the truth.

The truth was not created. It always existed with God.

The truth became flesh and made his dwelling among us.

The truth is not "a god"

Truth is the God and he became a man to die for us.

2Thess1:8 "in a flaming fire, as he brings vengeance upon those who do not KNOW God and those who do not obey the good news about our Lord Jesus." He admits himself that he doesn't know God. Where's he going to end up? He's not a "scholar" but a philosopher. Col2:8 "Look out: perhaps there may be someone who will carry YOU off as his prey through the philosophy and empty deception according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary things of the world and not according to Christ;"

John14:21 "He that has my commandments and observes them, that one is he who loves me. In turn he that loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and will PLAINLY SHOW myself to him.”

John17:3 "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."

"beyond any human comprehension" "tell me what you can understand." What a lame argument and none of it is Biblical. God expects us to KNOW him.

  • @nibornagrom "God expects us to KNOW him."

Everlasting life is accepting Jesus as your lord and savior and knowing him and the Father in a relationship.

I know the NWT has "taking in knowledge". That is a bad translation.

The correct translation of John 17:3 is "Now this is eternal life; that they may know you, the only true God and Jesus whom you have sent.

You get to know him thru a personal relationship and prayer. Not "take in knowledge". Did you "take in knowledge" of your wife?

  • @JAT002

The Greek, ginōskō - to perceive, observe, obtain a knowledge of or insight into. I accept the KJ translation. I's clear that to "obtain a knowledge of or insight into" is taking in accurate knowledge. I use many different translations, not just the NWT.

There are many, many vs. that speak of having, obtaining knowledge of God and knowing him. His argument falls flat.

  • @nibornagrom Sorry, that not what my concordance says.

I'd like to copy and paste this without becoming spam, so here it goes.

1097 ginṓskō – properly, to know, especially through personal experience (first-hand acquaintance). 1097 /ginṓskō ("experientially know") is used for example in Lk 1:34, "And Mary [a virgin] said to the angel, 'How will this be since I do not know (1097 /ginṓskō = sexual intimacy) a man?'"

"ginosko" means to know thru a personal relationship.

  • @JAT002

I'll agree with that. You can't "know" anyone without a personal relationship.

That proves my original point. This fellow says that he, himself doesn't "know" even his own self, much less God. That is not what you have just proven. We must have a personal relationship with God, regardless of what we perceive God to be.

  • @nibornagrom For once we agree.

I think what the man in the video was trying to say is, not understanding something is not a reason to not believe in it. We can't explain everything in the universe but its there. We can't understand everything but we are told by our God to believe in it probalby because it is too much to understand. No one can see God but he makes himself known. We have to trust in his word. We can't explain how completely how our bodies work but we are alive.

  • @JAT002

What he was "trying to say"? Well I know what he did say. I noted it in my 1st comment. You can listen again. He seemed adamant about it. Take care. Robin
