Hks 272 cams, intake, dc sports down pipe with cat delete, hks 30th anniversary exhaust, fic 750 injectors, epm o2 dump, act clutch, stock evo 8 turbo, turbo xs front mount, blah blah blah. A few other little mods. 3 years ago I ran 12.0 @ 114.3 mph at us 13 in delaware with around 45 less whp than what I had during this race.

I would like to know what they mean by full bolt on evo because full bolt on can be alot of mods and still keeping stock tubo and internals to get an evo around the 11's region and my sister has a s/c rsx-s and that thing moves, definitely faster than an evo with intake, ehaust and a tune

All motor k20's beat the crap out of stock evo's. Especially from a roll. My built la non vtec takes stock evo's all day and night. Soooo a sc k in a del sol getting womped on like this is just disappointing. From a dig I'm guessing the evo would pull train lengths???

this is an 8 i raced a evo 9 mr in my kswapped hatch during the middle of winter when it was 40 degrees in miami and he he had bolt on's &i beat him by a fender in my untuned all motor k20 hatch, this is a tuned k20 with a supercharger . either change the tuner or the driver

@p4po well there is pros to both the nine makes more power off bolt ons the 8 can hold more boost but for 1 there is a decent weight difference between a hatch and a del sol I've had both it's very noticable and there is alot of things considered bolt ons enough to get an evo into or very close to 11's my friend is a really good driver he has a k turbo cammed making 450whp minor weight reduction high 10's I doubt that del sol is anything but mid 12's

This evo is mine. Bolt ons on pump gas. Dc sports downpipe. Hks turbo back exhaust. Hallman manual boost control, epm o2 dump housing, hks cams, 750 Injectors, aem intake, turbo xs front mount, ams lower and greddy upper pipe, all boost leaks fixed, act clutch, stock 8 turbo on 24 psi. Ran 12 flat at 114 with 40 less whp (290) than i had there which is 330 on cbrd's Mustang dyno.
