yes its on steam. basically open up steam and under freestuff u will see game mods click that then click on more free stuff it should have (37) by the side of it (ammount of mods) then scroll down and u will see it. click it then visit the website and download the correct file.

You must have HL2 to play modded games or HL for the older mods

Search for "Battlegrounds 2" using a search engine. It's a Half-Life 2 mod, so naturally, you'll need a source game to run it. Uh, if it doesn't work, maybe you don't have the right ones (Half Life 2: Deathmatch, or something).

Yeah, it is annoying. Still, the game is sort-of based on not wasting shots. It teaches you to wait to reload until you've reached safety.
