Listen, folks, I've been researching inline images for Drupal for a long, long time trying Image Assist, IMCE and other stuff that is actually broken and doesn't work well.
My answer to the inline images for Drupal is are the following modules enabled together:
Filefield
Imagefield
Image
Imagecache
Insert
Image Resize Filter
Image FUpload
This solution is rock-solid, yet handy and works best in all scenarios you can image. Good luck!
you have taught me so much in 9 minutes. More than any professor in my university could ever teach me in a month! Thanks so much for your time, and please keep it up :) Best to you... You gave me new hope for Drupal.
I'm amazed on how Drupal lacks a neewbies or "how to do X in 3 simple steps". What you do is great, so keep on the good work. I've been looking for about 1 hr how to display a simple image in a Drupal node. That can't be!
As most people are probably thinking, there are several amazing things about this video. Good job Tom! you're the only one who shows himself while teaching which I think is particularly intriguing considering your challenges.
I have searched for hours for this solution, you had me adding images in 10 minutes. Thank you for your excellent effort and I hope you upload more great drupal screencasts. Cheers from Queensland Australia.
Thanks a lot tom. A great video for beginners.
