This car does have JE pistons which are factory replicas as far as size and compression. For the most part, however, the pistons in the fsi's are pretty good and can handle enough power. The rods are the problem - once the torque curve hits they've been prone to bend.
wow that was nice!!!! such nice fast spool up. sounded mean and clean.. why didnt you guys just put some pistons as well just incase so you can really put more power without any worries..
