Tax laws written by the corporations so they can use the loopholes to legally pay as little tax as they think they can get away with which is very little I assure you.

The organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government. Labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed in a fascist country. Without unions the middle class will be eliminated and the poor will suffer and pay all the taxes. The comon peole will lose all of their rights.
