U destroyed the fish with that sauce!!! I live on the mediterranean sea, and the only thing that goes on the fish is garlic, olive oil and parsleaf (not sure how to spell that), even that is too much becouse we put that on the fis only if its not fresh, that+a bottle of good Malvazija or Graševina and u have a orgasam in jour mouth
i cant say that this do not have a taste,but i know that if you treat the Sea Bass in my country like this you wuld lose your licence!verry unprofessional!

I was grilling fish like this years ago, prior to having a computer bought about 10 years ago, and the advent of the internet. So was I doing it wrong too?! Shoot! Don't thing so. I use grill whole bass and red snapper and it was great. Use to grill up on my roof top in Willy B Bk! That's what's up! Love BF!

look up Gordon ramsay in india. It's a series of him traveling around that country exploring so much. It was one of the most amazing documentaries i have ever seen and it's here on youtube!
gee you guys should have your own food network tv cause you seem to know everything about cooking. open your own greasy spoon diner so i can come and taste your food and then we can call up bobby flay and show him how its done cause he needs to learn alot about cooking. thats why he has 8 shows because he has no clue about cooking
For my taste, I would recommend that you pre-cook your fish or chicken in the owen at 350, then grill. So, the skin does not peel off the fish or chicken on the BBQ. For the fish add melted butted with garlic and lemon to baste it. Youll have a better dish presentation for your guest.

God that is so american. Never do this, your fish will be as mushy as baby food. Sea Bass should be grilled at high heat for short time.
