Of course the pharmaceutical rep is saying that it isn't a benign substance; And he is completely accurate with that statement because it will undercut his profits, Oil and gas company profits and a host of other power and money hungry industries. Yes this plant stands to hurt a lot of people if it is made legal. It's just that the people that it will hurt are the very ones that have been lying to us all along. So no Cannabis is not benign in that sense.
