It's actually called "Antinomy". The title "Antimony" refers to the element of the same name, which doesn't make much sense at all.

I've played a port of it with English translation(and voice) as part of the Neo Geo Ultimate Shooting game. I forgot if he's either the first or 2nd boss in the game, but he's willing to let my character (Kula) go and solve the problem that cause the events of SkyStage, even wishing her luck. IIRC since it's been a while since I played it, the boss battle happens because Kusanagi was testing Kula.

@SilentStalkerX KUSANAGI is the 2nd stage boss, you'll fight Athena in the first or Orochi Iori or KUSANAGI in the 2nd stage. He's basically the 2003 shadow image from Kyo, summoned from the Yata Mirror by Chizuru, he's testing their abilities.
