The first car approaching at 00:37 is to blame for the pileup because instead of pulling over to the side he decided to slowly roll by the flipped bus causing the last car to lose control clip the other car in the rear that eventually clogs the highway. If you see an accident don't slow down the traffic behind you and stare like an idiot, you will only add to the situation and whether you know it or not the blood will be on your hands. This is what alot of people don't realize.

Part of the reason the pile up continues is because most in Turkey drive way way over the speed limit. Look at a couple of those cars, they were flying. I bet if you checked the first trucks tires they were well worn out also. Seen it way way too often in Turkey. No DOT to check the commercial vehicles.
