bethany, nice variety of movement and use of space. i liked seeing those long legs. i feel like you need to be a little stronger on your movements and accents. when you are hitting the arm positions in jeremy's section your arms are bent at the elbow and your wrist is breaking your line. just fixing those to things will help in the future. however, i thought your musicality was great and as usual your technique was beautiful. congrats on making it to the top 10!

I have really enjoyed watching you in this competition! You do this style well, I was just waiting for an energy burst at any moment. Like "don't be so nice". You have a great smile, now incorporate the focus too. Liked the choice in costume & I happily saw you had NO trouble in your heels. Love that! Be sure to finish your body lines out your finger tips, the lines get caught up in your wrists. Your very talented, keep it up!

I think you brought a good amount of fire and fun to this combo. You were winning me over early and then it didn't really ramp up toward the end but it was still an enjoyable performance. You moved well around your space. I have said this comment before but I still think you could get much better extension through your arms. But, overall, definitely a good job here.

thank you! and i'm trying with the arms. it's something i've struggled with and i'm working on. my arms are really hyperextended and depending on the way they are placed they either look really bent or overextended and to get them to look straight, they usually are bent or rounded. it's odd. but i'm trying to fix it. =]

I totally wish this wasn't in your garage...like even a parking lot would have been better. We're in the final 10; down to final 5. I think that you executed it well, think it could have been better in regards to hitting accents. Make sure you you do your research as to how the style should be performed: musical theatre. I think you moved well in you heels and your outfit matched the genre...I just think you could have brought more.

hi steve. i totally understand about the garage. trust me, it wasn't my top choice. I kept trying to get onto my school's stage, but it was covered in old sets, work from new sets, and then stuff from choir concerts--so needless to say, that failed. I couldn't get an open studio, and my heels kept getting torn up in parking lots and driveways. Thank you for the comments and whether or not I make it to the next round, I will take them and try to improve. thanks.
