Most of these songs may be unreleased but a lot of them are out-takes from the Dangerous album in 1991, like Serious Effect, Work that Body, and She Got It. (I can't make) It Another Day is an out-take from the Invincible album in 2001 so they can hardy be called new. Never mind You Can't Win from The Wiz in 1976. So this can hardly be called a new album :/

@silencegirl7 Actually, they are to different songs. You can;t win is from the wiz and there are several version of it. The version used in the film featuring MJ and the other cast members on vocals, the release version with slightly different vocals and studio backing singers, and then an extended version which is the same as the release version, only it features them singing "u can't get out of the game" over and over at the end, much in the same way as "can't get out of the rain".
