The two oldest was born in england the youngest (owen hargreaves) was born in canada as his mum and dad moved their before owen was born. Then they moved to germany when owen was 15. as he lived in germany for 6 years he could have played for germany but he chose england

For me you shouldn't choose your national team by which ones better, for better or worse you should play for YOUR team, you cant feel Welsh one minute then English the next.
