Usually you shouldn't keep it on too long or it will start to hurt, It also depends on your Chest size, Don't tighten it up to be completely flat if you're big chested, otherwise it can cause some damage. I use binding bandages/ Binding Shirts for my Cosplay, so I know how to use it. (:
