what this "expert" is trying to explain is this,one measure of 16ths with the right hand, measure of 16ths with the left hand, now alternate both hands at the same time and you get 32nds. another thing, Advanced or not, you should always practice rudiments along with a metronome,singles, doubles another point, DO NOT CHOKE THE STICK like this "expert". Grip the stick between the pad of the thumb and the first knuckle of the index finger and gently wrap fingers around the stick

The title of this lesson contradicts something the teacher says: "singles and diddles are everywhere." If that's true it's not an "advanced" lesson. Advance implies that only few are doing the technique.

But then, it's EV. Other than that, this teacher is the best I've seen from EV. Just don't entitle these level of lessons as advanced.

youre probably holding the stick in the wrong place, if you have vic firth sticks put the flag on the webbed skin between your thumb and pointer finger, if you dont use vic firths than youre gonna have to find the point on the stick with the most rebound and again put it on the webbed skin
