lol well the only thing i ca think of, trying to make a profit with rune items would be buying the rune ore for normal price and the 8 coal for normal price than smelt it to bars and sell them for normal price which you would make about 400gp profit from ea bar, I checked on the other things to make profit such as maing rune pl8's helms or shields, but it came out to be no profit

if you started at like 75 smithing and smithed to 99 with steel bars...you would have to make 400K steel bars with 1K steel bars being a profit of around 100K then 400 times 100K is 400M so if you did that till 99 from 75 you would make 400M!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hmmm lol indeed I forgot to mention that I 've done the achievment diary the next day it came out so i did it a long time ago and forgot about it, but if you cant do the verock achievment diary than use another bank like al kharid furnance

You can also go to Port Phasmatys, theres a furnace right next to the bank and no doors between them, after Ghosts Ahoy of course.

When I smelt iron ore in Lumby, F2P... it won't let me smith all. I have to click each one manualy. PLEASE HELP!

use the ore with the furnance than right click on the picture of ore and select how many you want to smelt when you right click the pic of ore where usually the chat box is they should give you options of how many you want to smelt, if not than that specific furnance is stupid like that and try the one in al kharid east of lumbridge castle

I'm 62 smith so far and want to get 70. Im a non member and I find mining coal a rip off. I usually buy coal and mine a ore to go with it like iron for steel bars. Got any tips. Thats a good vid =)

allright in your case its harder to level coz ur a nonmember lol one tip would b make your character a member lol, but i'm sure you've thought of that idea too, so that tip doesnt help you to much lol anyways, another way would b go to fally east bank behind it is the "minig giuld" and get runes for the spell that turns ore into bars not sure what the spell is called, but you need about 50 magic to cast that spell and 1 nature with 4 fire runes take a fire staff with you go mine while makingbars
