  • Waco enviornmentals. If we allowed this we could become a leading energy producing state and lower the cost of power by 50%. Off shore oil wells are hundreds of times safer now then before. It is baseless to not allow drilling when we have such a need for oil and the energy it provides. Outer sources of evergy are great, bring them on... but until they are past raw concepts and are proven, we need energy, for the good of the people and the state of California.
