  • do u think i should buy this my first big helicopter and does it go high

  • idle up could cost you're hands like that!

  • how do you do a loop? also what is idle up? where is this switch on spektrum dx6i?

  • @Dragns80

the upper left switch, called F mode

  • @RcWorld7 no it won't :) yes I always fly in HH mode

  • @McChilla1 coaxials are good

  • do you like the helicopter ? and ive ben flown a coaxial heli . is that heli right for me ?

  • Nice flying, a natural

  • hi.cool flying.can i ask r u flying on the idle up on the tx that comes with the hbk 3

  • @gubber123456 yup total stock and idle up

  • Pretty daring for a maiden flight! I think i'd just be hovering tail-in. Looks like a really good heli and you've clearly set it up well. Hope you don't mind me asking but where are you flying.

  • @StonyRC Zhuzhou City Hunan Province of China by Xiang river

  • not scared it would drop into the water ?

  • dam, why people prefer FM version and not 2.4 GHZ???

  • what does maiden mean?

  • @worracsk8er First ever flight :) like a virgin flight lol

  • @alishanmao k thanks:)

  • Would you recommend this heli or the Belt CP V2 for someone who is moving up from coaxials?

  • @EvodreamerX Belt CP V2 is better

  • Have checked a tutorial on finless bob's site which was of a great help. Thank you for the recommendation. All i need now is a measuring gauge.

  • Yeah man, he is awesome. Have fun

  • Alishanmao, I have just purchased my HBK3 and absolutely love it, takes a bit of getting used to coming from a 4 ch to a 6 ch. However i`m having a bit of a headache with the main rotors, one blade is running higher than the other and although i have read the book to try and adjust it my efforts seem to get me no where. Are there any measuring tools that solve the issue easier or am i gonna have to keep trying with it?

  • well you are certainly out of blade tracking. kindly check google Finless bob and his tutorials or find finless bob on helifreak com look for his tutorial on blade tracking. I am going to do a blade tracking tutorial soon. if you like you can drop me an email and I can guide you how to do blade tracking. its easy

  • nice flying. if i could fly my king2 like that id be a happy man. i just dont have the confidence to take it her up high and really fly it round properly, even though its second nature on the sim

  • practice makes perfect my man

  • I need help on choosing a first time ever heli. I bought the HBK3 and I am afraid to fly it because I don't know what I am doing. Anyone have any suggestions for a good stable helicopter for a beginner?

  • Go for Coaxial helis or Honey Bee 2 not honey bee king 3, Honey Bee 2 FP Heli

  • id get a small fix pitch, as co axials dont teach you much and CP's are too complex for beginner, and difficult and expensive to repair all the time. so id recommend maybe the eflite blade msr. its v stable, agile and can take a crash. i have HBK2 but think i might just get an msr instead as the king is a total hassel to repair after each and every tiny incident -which you cant avoid.

  • Hi there

What heli would you choose to do 3D and fly around 6-7 minutes without recharging and why.

    THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

  • A trex clone from China

  • Alishanmao I have been watching alot of your videos and I want to thank you very much for them. I bought a HBK3 and it is my very first time to fly RC. I had no idea what I was getting into when I purchased a 6 channel. Please help me out by telling me how the controls work or would u do a video for me showing me? like which way moves the bird up,down, sideways, etc? I appreciate you.

  • lol man, i can't do that. those are like too much to describe and I have to post like 10 videos to show people. best thing is to understand the basics Ailerons, Rudder, Elevator, Pitch etc and Get a flight simulator if you want your HBK3 to live :) Go get a Realflight G3.5 or G4 and practice :)

  • Hello there, have you ever had any belt problems lifetime wise? Do they last a very long or are they a constant problem? and is the pinion the same? do they ware out a lot?

  • had problems with belt CP V2 with belts coming loose often. HBK3 main gear rips always even on minor crashes

  • Almost forgot... the Phoenix flight sim comes with a real 2.4 gHz radio... that's a first; at least to me.

  • I own RealFlight G4.5 and have been impressed, but if you love E-flight products as I do, I'd get the Phoenix flight sim... I believe it's the same price at around $180. I think I will be getting a Honey Bee King 3 when I progress to collective pitch helis... a nice flying little heli.

  • What? simulator can use or where I can download and it is called?

  • Realflight G3.5 Google it

  • excellent vid 5* What vid editing software fo you use mate?

  • PD 8

  • PD 8? Whats the full name of the program buddy and who makes it, thanks.

  • PowerDirector 8

  • I have been flying this coaxial esky comanche (the esky llama v4 with a different skin) and I was wondering if the king three would be a good upgrade since i have gotten pretty good on the coaxial. Any suggestions?

  • yes you can move on to King 3. but get training gear and simulator first

  • okay thanks for the advice!

  • What? simulator can use or where I can download and it is called?

  • you need to buy the simulator called Realflight G3.5 or G4. thats the best sim in the world

  • hello thanks for your help

you know if I can download from any page?

because of the official page can not be downloaded

  • it can't be downloaded. buy it online or at a local RC store

  • do you need a powerful graphics card for realflight g3.5 or g4.

  • Not too much, I use Realflight G4 with a work PC who's got a basic graph card

  • can you make a autorotaton landing with this heli?

  • will try :)

  • O THAT WOULD ROCK! i think i will just get the honey bee fp v2 to get back into helis. after that id like to move to the cp v2. id like to get it now but i think id rather crash the fp than the cp (for obvious reasons LOL!)

  • Hello Ali! Quick question : What website do you recommend for ordering this Heli? Tks!

  • The site hobby-estore com. use my name "Ali" for 5% discount ;)

  • hi Ali , thank you for showing me to get the heli ,Oh man , belt cpv2 is really stable first time I did hang it up 5 min , I got axe cpv3 before and I've never hang it up on air about 3 seconds then I follow what you said : get HB FP first then get belt cpv2 , now I 'm so exciting about them

    Belt v2 is cheap too ( $119 for 2.4GHz )

    thanks again Ali

  • always welcome.

  • $119 for a belt cp v2 in 2.4 ghz? WHERE!?

  • Can the Honey Bee King 3 Fly upside down like The Honey Bee King 2?

  • Yes sir. Check the other new honey bee king 3 videos and see me flying it inverted ;)

  • oh , today I took my 4-n-1 apart and put them outside to dry then after that it works

    hehehe save me $50

  • Good job. Experimentation works right :D

  • hi Ali , my honey bee FP ' mix controller 2.4 GHz is broken by heavy rain , I want to buy another 4 in 1 but I don't know I can use the new one with my own transmitter , how I can bind ? thanks !

  • email me with details and pictures. i have not seen that heli

  • Hey which helicopter do you recommend? The Honey bee king 3 or the Belt CP v2? I already have a lama 2-1 and its freakin awsome! im thinking of getting one of the esky ones for christmas

  • both are good helis. choice is all yours. I love both of them. Belt CP V2 is more stable as its big. Honey King 3 is faster and more agile in 3D

  • Ok Thanks! oh and are the physics in the FMS similar to the 3D physics with the HBK and BeltCP2?

  • welcome. physics in FMS are totally not real, they suck bad time. If you want real physics and see the difference get realflight G3.5 or G4. I practiced on G3.5 for one week and I was doing inverted hovers ;D

  • Lol. Nice

  • most of website give free sim when we buy this heli , I have too

I think I will spend more time for sim than fly this heli 'cause I have no time to play

I like this HBFP anytime I crash it then every thing is still fine

Now I can hang it up to 1 minute

  • I just got a honey bee fp today , oh man a lots of fun on this heli , first 30 minutes I crashed it 10 times and broke 1 blade after that I trim it and now I can hang it on the air about 15 seconds hopefully I can fly this bird after a week

    Thank you Ali

  • get a sim and you can learn fast

  • it sure is in fact

  • hi Ali , could you tell me which one I should go : honey bee king 2 or belt cp or belt cp v2

    Now I am completed beginner

    thank you

  • Complete beginner well if you are planning to buy 2 helis, then go for honey bee 2 (its not 3D) its beginner training heli, see videos of "Honey Bee 2" on my channel. after you get skills you can buy a King 3 or Belt CPV2 highly recommended. :)

  • Is it a good helicopter for beginners ?

  • Yes it is, but Belt CP V2 is better. If you are complete beginners I would recommend getting a Honey bee 2 or Lama V4

  • hahaha i killed a real bee with this i was going to fly and a real bee flight into the rotors XD

  • LOL Funny. Once I was flying my EDF and one big fly went into the EDF system. came out from back in pieces. it looked like a big fart from my EDF lol

  • is this heli good for say a 2nd or 3rd heli?

  • yes sir it will be perfect

  • take the King 3 it in the same price and has brushless motor and some other new features

  • nice flight there!! im thinking of bying an E-sky KING 3, or a E-sky V2. Its nearly the same price. Which do u prifer, any propositions ?

  • Belt CP V2

  • is it hard to turn with the heading hold gyro

  • Nops. its better with heading hold gyro

  • buy this helicopter! It's great! If you're in the uk, buy one from heliguy.. And pay for it to be setup by them, mine flew properly right out of the box!

Anyway.. Good video, and a cool rc heli!

  • Well said :D its cool heli

  • Hi Ali

Is that mainland China or Hong Kong ?

Thats pretty dangerous to hold the heli while testing IDLE up mode man.

    :)

  • LOL we do it all the time. just we don't do that with Nitro helis :D

  • very nice flight ;) Cool!

  • Great video Ali and was that a couple of stall turns i saw at the start of the flight lol, nice to see you flying hel's again my man,5*

  • hahaha, you are getting good observation mate. yes those were stall turns. as I flew helis outside the simulator after almost 8 months or more now and I was also getting used to the inputs of the heli stock radio. on simulator I use my Futaba 7Ch radio and it takes real little inputs to control turns, but these helis stock radios need real big input to turn n control :D

  • Very cool.

  • awesome.

  • wow i didnt know you could fly helis too!!! and so well!!

  • Just wait till you see me doing inverted hover and 3D Rolls with these babies ;D plus I have got a new Full Metal helis here too

  • nice tht thing is cool 5/5

  • thank u

  • nice flight, Ali.

  • thanks bud
