i had suffered from bells palsy twice when i was 12 years old n thne at the age of 14 n no one can say that i ever had a problem of bells palsy in my past.. Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah im almost perfect.. just feel a little numbness when i feel weak or sick bcz if u ever get bells palsy u will always feel the numbness sensation sometimes bcz urthe damaged nerve need care afterwards for ur whole life.. ..i will upload the directions of the medication which i had used in my bells palsy..
I was struck with this last May. I was in my last semester of nursing school, which was very stressful. I improved in a little under three weeks. I do not have any trace of the illness as of today. Thank God
@gypsyhair1 Yes I have still a little bit of damage but it gets better the longer I eat a diet rich with nutritionally dense ingredients and some stellar supplements that work.
@ThaRealJennLane I had missed the alert in my email. So Sorry to have missed this. I have a protocol of nutrition that is working really well and key anti-inflammatory regime with effective results. email
I am amazed that you have gotten movement after 2 years! I have started to drink raw milk too. Been with Bell's for 2 1/2 months now and I am throwing the kitchen sink at it too. I have had good improvement except for my eye. Love to know what else is working for you since your experienced..
@FitGirl15 periodically I will fast for short bursts, but everyone is individual with health history and I must know your details before advising you or anyone else.
