Nice source.

The acoustic guitar could be a little more alive (varied velocities), the electric guitar needs an amp sim effect. The saxophone is a little mechanical, but otherwise cool. The bass is good. Bass drum doesn't seem like the right kind, it's only low frequencies. Snare is barely heard, and seems like a weak sample. Overall, the drums could be louder. You could write your own ending, drop out a few instruments, let it fade out... something.

Overall, unrefined, but ok. Nice work.
