@txagvero20 I have taken singing lessons and I actually do know the technical term... I think she has a great voice (although that is just my personal opinion)... AND I truly she is a great performer--- it just seems (in this particular performance) as though she didn't have to strain her voice so much in order to achieve more volume--- like you said, one should use his/her diaphragm
