They are brilliant. I've wanted their album for ages but can't get my hands on it. That part with the schoolboys playin football was really touching. It just reminded me of my childhood schooldays. Made me smile.

I only heard this the first time today on TV, and I just had to find out who this was by. The video is simple, but is really beautifully put together. It goes wonderfully with the music.

they compose original music scores to silent films. they fuse electronic and acoustic instruments. they play live to old 1920s 30s silent films. saw them live 3 times. pretty amazing! hope i enlightened you a little. if you like them, you should check out godspeed if you havn't already heard of them.

hey there, mmmm.... is right! Not Scotish nor Scandinavian. close enough though or a good enough guess at least. 3epkano are a dublin based ensemble making some of the most amazing classically based post rock sounds.
