Paul's statement about Cuba was pretty good and I liked it, but saying that Jihadists aren't a threat is straight ignorance. Jihadists blew up the USS Cole, bombed the Marine barracks in Lebanon, flew airliners into the World Trade Centers. We can say that everything else is no longer a threat, but to say Jihadists are no longer a threat is very dangerous and utterly stupid.
