You know right up to about 1984 Disco was awesome, it did get to commerial and alot of folks without talent popped up in the late 80s early ninetys that put this music down. along with to much saturation of the market. By the late 70s most of the stuff on soul train was disco. And the poster is refering to the 1979 destruction of Disco vinyls. People were supposedly fed up with disco music as it had invaded pretty much every major stations airwaves so some people decided to destroy disco vinyls.
