i'd like it even more if you didn't just "stretch" it but pre-draw some notes, too. the original song itself is pretty slow, you calm down it even more. i think, you should add more rhythm with your voice during the verses to create more passion as counterbalance in order that it doesn't become partly boring (you already do that with your guitar ;) ).
