We have to give him some credit to stand up and sing at a Corporate Meeting of one of the Largest Banks in the World. Of all the songs he picks my favorite song. Lets take a big step this song could be used of all other Companies that merged. Can any one sing about the Merger of Bell Atlantic and GTE that became ONE- Verizon.? ..Nice job Jim. Not many people have the guts to do this...

I had to sit through this video at a management meeting, those around me taking it seriously. Problem is, I belong to the One organization, believe in it and was horribly offended at the bastardization of this great meaningful song.

so whats the story with the guy who sung? is he an ex-singer? he seems to really believe in what he sang, which makes it so awful to watch considering he's singing about banks.

A song that represents the exact opposite of the methods and motivation of Corporations. I watched those around me smile, nod, and honestly feel bonded. I was ashamed there were only a handful upset and unimpressed. This video was then, in the next week spread through the company to push the merger, transition, and promote motivation.
