This is not the case, digital tv refers to how the signal is sent, digital signals are simply converted to digital format before being sent, making the signal less volatile. a CRT tv is still a digital display. Analog displays are things like clock faces, or speedometer dials.

We were talking about displays, not ways television signals are sent and received. A CRT TV can receive input from a digital set top box/tuner, but that doesn't make it a "digital display". It uses an electron gun to project images onto a fluorescent screen, taking its data from an analog signal. if your eyes don't hurt when watching t.v. or on computer you don't need them. and no doing those things wont harm your vision. if your like me and high contrast hurts your eyes (yeah some people are affected by florescent lights, high contrast, or glossy displays) this may be a viable option. This is a true bullshit, I bought this glasses about half a year ago, after using them for a week I returned them to the store.

The computer screen can't hurt your eyes neither TV screen, most of the new screens are LCDs and LEDs, so don't worry about that.

If you feel like your eyes are dry, try to blink more. Sometimes we forget to blink when we are really focused in something.

I find the best way to avoid eye strain is to not use the devices so much and/or turn down the brightness setting. These solutions may not work for everyone, but they are effective for me.

Use Gunnars at work and play (non-prescription). They work. I got them to fight chronic dry eye and fatigue. Don't be surprised though that yellow glasses make things have a yellow tint. It won't be the "true" color you're seeing when gaming, but it does not degrade the image in any way. They also have a slight zoom btw

Also, don't expect 3l3t3 apm increases marketing garbage. That's just silly. And someone punch this mike character in the gonads for causing this comment cluster $%#@
