@nick26358 Iit depends. the XEL rnages from $30,000-$33,000. The XEL has floats on ift for water contact. The XEL also requires no pilot training in America to fly. It is similar too this one but may be a little slower. The XEL cruises at about 60-65 miles per hour and has a top speed of about 80 miles per hour. Here is a link to a retail site where you can buy a kit to assemble your self or have it pre-assembled.

Yes, you can disable the aural warning system. But it's recommended to turn it on when you get in the helicopter so you don't forget, then a whole lot more than just an annoying noise is at risk. It's making that sound because it detects that the rotor speed is below normal (being off) and that's dangerous when you're in the sky, obviously

But in the USA i think u dont need a certificate, but it is recommended to have a lesson with a flight teacher
