Yes. I was cutting my hedges with a plug-in hedgeclipper when I accidentally clipped the cord for it. Me, not knowing what happened, touched the cord. It hurt. There was also a time when my outdoor hose spout's nozzle was conducting electricity because of some loose wiring in the house. Everybody else kept getting shocked by it, but, I didn't feel anything when I touched it.
