  • cool!

  • Spin! Spin! Spin! Spin! .. And stop~

  • He travels alot and kicks up his rump on about the 3rd spin

  • Comment removed

  • he's like im having so much fun and stops looks up did i do good lol

  • cool, but how? this is amazing at listening to voice commands !!!!

  • Sad. The way he swaps ends and frogs around. The way a horse moves his body while exicuting different manouvers is the difference between a a horse that will remain sound and one you might be claiming insurance money on later.oh And mr.trocha is a well respected trainer of many champs. He knows what he is saying

  • jesus christ people, if you're going to complain about how cruel this is, you obviously haven't seen much. there is plenty of cruelty to animal videos, this is NOTHING compared to what's going on in other corners of the globe, stop complaining about this horse who is healthy, and maybe start doing something about the starved horses in egypt, you know, a worthy cause?

  • That was rediculous..... are you gonna teach him to fetch, sit, and roll over too..?? maybe have him get you a beer from the fridge by pulling on a towel tied to the door...... That poor horse doesnt even know how to use his body to execute a correct spin...

  • I noticed that he knows to stop on the third spin. He has had a lot of time put on reigning. I see that some of you are mad about this. Oh just enjoy the fact that this horse gets fed and worked everyday. Do you have a horse? Do you pay for regular vet visits? Are you mad that this horse is doing something other than eating grass? Horses are very smart and will only do what they feel they should do. It is up to us horse people to band together to fight the neglect, not this, and not each other.

  • All the comments here saying this behavior is "adorable" or "cute" are ALL made by "pet" owners.

Any true horseman would be appalled by this circus act.

I hate to see something so artificial like this.

  • oh cutee whats this horses name because i know a nhorse that looks exacetly like that and CAN turn but i dont know how well?

  • cute litle show off

  • Cool bit u should work out the bobbing head!

  • thats adorable! LOL

  • cccccccccuuuuuuuuttttttteeeeeeeee :)

  • hahaha how do you do that !!!

  • How can 11 people dislike this video?

  • @ariattwist Because they are probably "HORSEMEN".

  • wow

    how do you make that?

  • Very nice gelding! He bobs a little, but I'm sure that's more out of inexperience rather than something he's gonna do the rest of his life. he is ground trained for this, I've seen other videos where the horse spins alone

For those who are saying the rider is taken out...lemme ask you this...have you TRIED to take something out like this? It's a very complicated thing. It's not like photoshop, you do it once and it's gone, but in videos, you have to clean it up every second the video plays.

  • lol at the end hes like: look what i did!

  • I don't see how that's any dif than stall walking, weaving or cribbing.

  • @FancyPonys this is a maneuver that a horse is trained to do. Ever heard of clicker training?

  • He so adorable!

  • that is soo cool

  • Someone loves the vertigo! :D

  • I wish my reining horse would do that ! :)

  • haha does he do that on his own? He'll be a great reinning horse then! xD

  • WOW What a horse...I love it.....:)

  • beautiful horsee,

  • HAHAHAH aww bless

  • cute or what? Rock on!

  • hehe sweet

  • Wow, I love that Horse...It's so beautiful and nice =)

  • that picture did not just turn into an origami bird :O

  • that is amazing!!!

  • Now THAT is a pretty horse. Ive always wanted a palomino. He's a little bouncey when he spins, but still I dont know any horse who can do things like that without a rider. He must be a very responsive horse.

  • That is so cute!! its amazing!!

  • Jeez Shawn Why don't you smile a little. You look like you hate what you're doing. How can anyone hate becoming a millionaire by riding, training and showing other people's awesome horses?? I would be smiling constantly if I got to ride these guys and mares and I know the work you had to put into them to make them win-able, but little kids are gonna see you and think it must be a horrible thing to be doing when you're making that face all the time.. For the KIDS???

  • Man, I sure hate to see a horse taught to do circus tricks and calling it "reining".

This is NOT what reining is about.

    Larry T.

  • Cuuute

  • did you teach him to do that or is he just one of those horses that finds somethin to do when he's bored?? haha but that was awesome (:

  • @PalominoCowgirl3

Ahah I wish my horse would do that when she's bored !! But she prefers to destroy the fence ... pfff XD

  • Yeah! That's a real Show-horse! xD

  • bahaha now that is bad ass xP he's like a cute little kid, "mom! mom! check this out.. wheeeeee" lmao gorgeous horse :)

    <3 Stacy

  • hahahah,

    he's like

"WHOAA ! DID YOU SEE THAT?!"

    haha lmao :)

    beautiful horsee <3

  • Lol your very welcome!

  • LMAO he's all like "Did you see that?!"

  • Comment removed

  • damn.. niicceeee!

  • Beautiful <3

  • Edited on not who cares...This is a great video!

  • omg that was amazing. lol

  • this horse is like AWESOME and its so cute how it picks its ears forward waiting for the next command!!!! this video is awesome.... its going strait to my favourites!!!

  • Beautiful!

  • wow the people who say its edited just want their horse to be like this one.. they just have nothing better to say cause their horse cant do that so they say rude things to other people.. thats really sad.. great video btw its OBVIOUS this video wasnt edited!

  • @PrAgUeBaRrElRaCer10 ,THANKS!!!!!

  • haha that's adorable!

what a little show off (:

  • this is not edited. just like a horse would be a natural in sorting when turned out with cattle, this horse just loves to spin. otherwise, he wouldn't be doing little bucks! neat horse!

  • How do you train him to spin wothout a rider? how much is he?

  • wow, that's one smart horse<3

    he looks beautiful :)

  • thats not edited.

  • As a video editor myself, I am nearly positive that this is not shopped. Brilliant video!

  • Thats cool I bet it was hard to teach it that.

  • is he trained to be a reiner?

  • he is so pretty. love the color!

  • 0:05 looks like there's a rider shadow. Still really cool vid though. ;)

  • its the horses shadow

  • looks edited

  • So cute - "What do you do in your spar time?" "... spin!"

  • cute

  • Awee cute

  • aww looks like he's haveing fun! soo cute!

  • how did you teach him to do that?

  • Yeah!

  • Haha thats soo cute!!! He'll love reining!!

  • Hmmm.... Did you edit out the rider?

  • You can tell the horse is doing it on his own, if there was a rider, its hind feet wouldn't leave the ground.

  • Um, re you sure about that? My new reining colt picks his feet from the ground while we spin, not anymore, really, but they can do it and will do it.

  • Smart horse turn isn't that good though

  • thats cute that he can just do it on cue without being under saddle. he looked so funny after the second spin.. like "did you see? did I do it right?!?"

  • What a great horse! Super pretty and looks happy! :)

  • Haha,this is my horse,it's a gelding!

  • that horse is soo cool is it yours??? i love it a filly or colt?

  • haha!

now theres a horse who loves his job! =]

  • is he doing that on his own or someone telling him to? thats pretty cool!

  • Someone is cueing him, he wouldn't do something that difficult without a cue :) But he's very well trained.

  • that awesome!

  • hahaha, good! xD

  • Hahaha awesome!

    He's just practicing.

    Super cute horse btw.

My horse does goofy stuff like this sometimes too. he's a barrel horse and one day I walked out to get him and I find him running figure 8's like we do in practice too bad I didn't get it on video!

  • hahahahah Hes practicing in his free time!

  • very cool!

  • this took a lot of ground work. its not a natural movement. but i have seen foals. only six or seven weeks old, doing sliding stops in the arena and in the brood mare stalls.

  • ok so somebody is queing the horse from a spot the camera can't see that is a good video and took a hell of alot of ground work to make happen!!! good job cowboy!!!

  • this horse is happy. look at his ears very inquisitive to whoever is commanding him. he may be clicker trained like you say. but i do not believe there is a guy on him. check out honza blaha he makes his horse spin on the ground its awesome

  • Yes, honza does a nice job of training. But again, the argument is that the person who put this video up is claiming that this horse is not trained. I do believe there is video editing, but even if there is not the horse has obviously been trained to do this maneuver. Horses do not do this naturally to the degree of difficulty this horse is performing.

  • Wow...wonderfuL horse ;]

    AMazing!...

  • wow.....she is sooo beautiful...and she is very good in those spins.....how did you teach that???

  • Lol shadow? What shadow. All that is, is the sun hitting large clouds of dust and casting its own shadows. Puh-leez.

For one, the horse could be clicker trained. Its a powerful training technique >> And because the horse is so young, all the more fun and play.

  • Wow thats a beautiful horse with REINING BLOOD!

  • this is a horse we all want to have in the stable :o)))

  • Dude that's awsome!

  • WHOAAA how did you get him to do that??? He's like can you PLEASE get on me now so you can enjoy this with me? haha

  • Thats what I call hes got Reining in his BLOOD.

  • He's gonna make one hell of a reining horse.

  • i imagine he is doing it, the same bit of film played twice by the looks, however at 3 that's awful young to be doing all those movements. Man, he'll be retired young :(

  • His little face is like "Did I do good?" So cool.

  • hahahah thats hilarious!

  • That really is a horse bred for reining.

  • now, if that isnt a horse with reining in its bloodlines... LOL! Awesome!

  • COOL BEANS!!!!

  • very well trained horse.

  • Listen, we know this horse when she made the video the horse was not even saddle broke, this is real footage, no cut and paste whatever, it is the real mc Coy!

  • Sorry I work with training reining horses and the spin is the least of the natural maneuvers. I can understand a horse naturally sliding or changing leads, but a 2 year old spinning like a broke horse is not realistic for those of us that know better. Plus a 5 point penalty for the buck in the middle of the spins shows he's not even very happy about the invisible rider poking him. You would have better luck claiming the clicker training that some want to believe.

  • thank you for your ignorance, it makes me giggle so.

  • That's good, because your comments have me rolling on the floor laughing. At least the video is good for something! Too bad the horse placed 4th out of 6 his first time shown...surely he plussed his spins at least?!

  • oh sweetheart, i'm just saying you don't always have to be pessimistic and narrow-minded about things. i've owned horses, but i don't show horses, and i don't care about showing - that horse is genuinely well trained, and willingly able to do his trick. he is, as someone else said, inquisitive and looks well cared for and happy. just because he didn't win a gold ribbon, does not make him worthless and unrealistic.

  • Tell you what, add more of the video that shows him loping around playing and then going into his spin and I'll be more open minded about the video. I do agree the horse looks well cared for and happy, no argument there. Just having fun on youtube :-). And glad someone other than my girlfriend is calling me sweetheart.

  • i see no argument, merely a discussion. i'm not sure exactly what that would prove (a video of him loping around) - you do realize in the description no where does it say this is him acting naturally, right?

  • The owner or friend of the owner claimed that when the horse is turned loose in the round pen he lopes around and plays a little, then starts spinning. If I saw footage of the horse playing around and then going into a spin, for me it would look more realistic. Just showing the spin looks pretty suspicious and I've been able to stop the video at certain points where the suspicious shadow is pretty pronounced.

  • ah well then i am a retard, even i can tell the horse is trained. well trained, given. sorry, my apologies :)

  • Yes, the trainer deserves some credit!!! By the way, I checked out your website. Very nice photography!

  • oh, ha! thank you :)

  • wow...amazing.....i wan that horse

  • Wow, thats impressiv and what a gorgeous horse. I have seen horse spinnig with rider on, but never like this. Beautiful :)

  • i want this horse, he is soooooo gorgeous!!

    BFM

  • haha in the first one he threw n a little buck for entertainement ;)

  • Lmao....Your funny but very correct.

Takes practise and hard work to get a horse to do that, Wounder how many of there horses could do that...hmmmm lol

  • Great effort put into this horse. Don't listen to the idiots below, takes a lot of effort to get a horse clicker trained. G'job!

  • It's clicker training, dudes. Quit being stupid.

  • ok, it was the same clip played twice in a row, they just wanted to play it again so that you could see it better the first time. stop being jealous that this horse can do this on cue and yours cant. and it is NOT a spin, it is a turnaround. before you show everyone your horse i.q. think about what you are going to say first.

  • Notice in the middle of the second turn a shadown blured from the rider. The other shadow was blured with a all done job, this shadow appers becouse its toghether with the dust, and its to difficulto to put out the video.

  • Dude, this is a 2 year old, he was not even saddle broke, we know the horse, we were always laughing when he was doing this stuff and there is no editing, let computer geeks check it!

  • what a good pony :)

  • ok, so i have read some comments, u people are horsepeople correct? so y all the confusion to him spinning?Even if cued! HHmm i must seek out a rocketscientist for this one!! COMEON!

  • So I noticed that the shadow is funny. What I noticed MORE SO is the fact that after he stops, he is staring at whoever is with the camera. Take another look..and don't be so sure that it CANT be real...I've seen horses cut each other like cattle out in pasture, you think that is fake too?

  • The cut moves its natural for a horse, a spin like that its not a natural move, and a horse takes moonths to learn like that in that speed.

  • My horse splash does that just alittle bit faster by herself but the funny thing is she has never been reined or spinned like that before shes never even seen a reining horse spin and she slides when she stops to its funny shes can do it barefoot the vet said she hasnt hurt her legs and shes trained western pleasure

  • Wow : ) I cant believe he was just spinning like that on his own. lol.

  • I think you learn something more to can work with video edit or something!!!!this video is real and not fake!!!This horse was not saddlebroke on the moment when this video was make so I don't know were you can see the shadow of the rider??????

  • On the reply of the spin its clear the shadow of the rider, i work woth video edit, this video its fake.

  • yeah I think what you're seeing is the shadow from the dust that is stirred up...there's no "clear" shadow from the rider...just because YOU don't think this is possible doesn't make it fake.

  • Offcourse not, the video was edited. The shadow you can see in the second turn of the spin. A little blured but not all.

And this is not a natural move for a horse, a horse takes moonths to learn to spin like this, a cutting move its natural, a slide its natural but not the spin.

  • maybe, but I've seen a lot of animals do things on their own that weren't natural. I still don't think you can automatically deny it's real just because it doesn't seem natural. And anyway, even if it were fake, it's still entertaining, so who's it hurting?

  • You are very correct! A trainer works hard to teach a horse to spin like this. However wouldn't it be nice if it were that natural...it would save people a lot of training money :-) However I would be out of work so thank god this is fake!!!

  • haha. No kidding. I'd be out of work too! I train barrel horses, and break colts and stuff. But I'm very impressed with this video!

  • ok this is def. not fake, bcuz my filly does it too. not as much like that, but every now and then she'll do spins

  • awesome video, how do u teach them to do that

  • People stop saying this is fake b/c it is not!

  • wie süß er in den pausen immer guckt...

  • He looks up at the camera person after he spins, so it seems like he is being encouraged somehow- whether it is with verbal praise, a treat, or just the fact that he's getting attention from it. Was this something you taught him on the ground, or would he just obsessively spin to get attention?

Cool video, nice horse, just trying to understand the behavior.

  • When I let him in the roundpen, first he begins to loop a few circles then he stops he goes to the middle of the roundpen and he start with turnarounds,it's amazing huh!!!So I can't explain the behavior. He is now a few months in training and he has lots of fun with all what the trainers asking from him!

  • aaaaaaaa... very beauty

  • ahh that was so cool!!!! do i see a future reining star?? he is gorgeous.

  • I must say, thats pretty impressive. He must spin amazinlgy with someone riding him! Thats a hose who truly enjoys spinning.

I dont even know how you would go about faking a video like that. What a stupid accusation.

  • I will say one thing.....This is NOT FAKE!!!!!!

  • Those who claim this is fake... please educate us as to how it is faked. Thanks.

  • how did you get your horse to do that??!!?? haha!! thats so awesome!! literally bred for talent!! lol

  • I really don't know how I can learn a horse doing like that!!!If we put him in the roundpen he start with spinning.

  • that is so awesome!! now thats a horse that knows his job!! lol

  • WOWIEEEE!! This is awesome. He spins better than many of the horses I saw on average shows. And I can tell this video is NO FAKE because I was there when it was taped. So this is the real deal!!!! just two shots in a row...Franca

  • GREAT!! hans

  • Terrible, no coments for this fake video. Argh..

  • Haha just cause your horse won't spin in the ring... Ease up, I've seen them just spinning away out in the pasture by themselves.

  • u need to go get a life!

  • shut the fuck up ... hows that fake.... wake up

  • yea this video is so fake.. go say that when it is true.
