I do like Rayquaza, in fact i think he is an amazing pokemon, but i think that Deoxys will win. Attack Deoxys has the highest attack stats of all pokemon, and his speed form has the highest speed. So if Rayquaza tried to attack, Deoxys could turn into either his attack form (still faster than Rayquaza) or his speed form (obviously faster) and avoid the attack, then quickly attack as Attack Deoxys and pwn him. If Rayquaza did manage to hit deoxys he could turn do Defense form and resist it.

@SuperLuigiBros11 your only thinking about the game. look in the video, deoxys changes form fast. also if you are fast you can dodge an attack before he fires it. so rayquaza attacks and deoxys moves out of the way and hits him.
