  • Was there any sort of set up with your surroundings? For example, was this done in a soundproofed closet? Was there any interference of crackling noises? May I please get the details on this? It's such a great album quality recording!

    no special setup. recorded in my bedroom, carpet, curtains and door closed. close distance to microphones is useful. about 30 cm. so you can get very warm and boomy sound with rich bass level. try it.

  • are the vocals and guitar on seperate tracks? If so how did u do this? was this done on cubase or on the recorder itself?

    as I remember, I recordet guitar and 1. voice in one track with internal mics in a close distance about 30 cm. two voice tracks were added and mixed by using steinberg wavelab 4.0 . so all in all it was 3 tracks.
