I like your Review of this Canon , You made me want to get one .. How does it do on the ink ?? .. Have you had to replace a lot of the colors ?? .. I looked on Ebay and the ink is not a pocket killer .. Please let me know .. THANKS .. GREAT Video !!
Have you printed any photos yet? I am looking at this printer mostly for my wife (she wants to print photos for her scrap booking hobby) but I want to be able to print text too. Anyway I can't seam to find many reviews about photo printing quality and I though I would ask you what you think about it?
@ESPsandEmgs It really depends on the quality of the paper. The sample Canon photo paper that was provided was great and glossy. I would recommend getting the 260g/69lbs photo paper. I've printed a few pics that has a lot of lighting as well as a lot of colors and they all seem to be better than Wal-Mart/Walgreen's prints. I hope that helps. I dont have an extremely high quality camera to record the quality of the pics...
I went into Best Buy today (the guy was a TOTAL idiot)! And he Told me that this printer was not compatible with my imac because it didn't have the imac logo on the box. I saw your imac in the video and just assumed that you were using it with your imac?!? Are you using your Canon printer with your imac? And are they very compatible?
If not, I was pointed to a Kodak printer. Do you know any Kodak's comparable to this printer?
@ESPsandEmgs Yes it is compatible with the iMac or any Macs. The installation instructions even has a step by step for the mac. I've never had a kodak printer before so i'm not sure but in my opinion all of those big company's should allow their products to work with Macs. I hope this helps.
