@miiwiiplay Hi loves, try out a few different weights and see which one you can do a max of 12 reps of per set. It's light enough to do 10 reps - even 12 - but when the 13th comes, you can't do it anymore. That's the guideline I go by :)
is it possible to be buff...when you have a slim physic and bodytype in general..like you???? Because i´m working out almost every day for half a year now...and mhh i think im just the slim type =(
@floddelflidflad The problem is most likely your diet. Eat about 500kcal above your needs to gain some weight, which will mostly be muscle. Make sure you get enough proteins and the right fats.
@floddelflidflad yeah anyone can do it! your an ectomorph meaning you naturally don't gain weight very easily, just make sure you getting enough protein and eating well because it's likely your going to need more than what your friends or other people might be telling you to have as they may not be naturally slim like yourself:)

Can I share my fave five? ;D (Girl btw) I like doing plank jacks that I learned from the ToneItUp girls (on youtube) which is moving your legs like a jumping jack while in the plank position. I like ATG squats with bar, regular dead lifts, stiff leg dead lift, and Sumo wide squats with bar! ^_^

@TheBiggles09 also start slowly pick one excersize like walking daily for 10 to 20 min than increase the the time till you get used to it than you will find trying new type of workouts easier thats how i started hope i helped.
Jim can you do a video about how to construct a good workout schedule... I have no idea what I should be doing on what days and how many reps I should be doing and all that :P
Or maybe it would be a good idea for John on his channel?

You need to work work your legs and core, not just arms. Try some squats and deadlifts they are the best overall exercise for your whole body
