it was a custom you can tell cuz of that and the fact that the game clock has like 26 minutes or so on it. Matchmaking gives you 15 minutes and then an additional 15 if the game is tied im pretty sure

He is using the bumper jumper control scheme. It changes the button used to pick things up. I must say it is clearly better than the default set-up.
