This is exactly the same as Project 155 from Clarin and Santo.

Same script. 5 directors. 5 stories. The same story was filmed by 5 different directors. The result: 5 alike stories but totally different.

Anybody can tell you a script will always be different depending on who is interpreting it.

These film makers obviously jumped at the chance to support such a gimmicky concept because the budgets available was something they couldn't find elsewhere.

Just a little glance lets you guess how big this little movies are. Predictable? I don´t know. Lazy? needed the money? open your eyes man.

Please Please Please let this be more than some generic, pre-paid trash, advertising Philips monitors. I like the idea - one script, five movies - so much. Don't ruin it by being predictable, lazy, "I was young, had Final Cut and needed the money" junk.

Depending on who's paying for it, and how controlling they are about the content.  Corporate commissions designed to tie into ad campaigns can produce some great work, but they also are a large source of predictable, shallow hack jobs.

If a young starving artist isn't given very much control over their product, they're just going to do whatever they need to in order to get the paycheck, and not waste inspiration and emotional investment where it'll go to waste.
