What about hydraulic returns? Reinforcing steel? Light niches? If the floor is poured first, how do you wreck the internal vertical forms? If no form of pneumatic gunite/concrete/shotcrete application is available, and the ground is too unstable, I understand the need for forming the walls. I don't see any advantage to your method.
