I'm a fan of your reviews, but I can't agree on this one. It baffles me how they did things right in Dirt 2 and failed in Dirt 3. In Dirt 2 I never was annoyed with the loading screens because they showed my stats, why am I looking at my car in dirt 3? Why can't I immediately restart my race after the finish? Where are the vibrant colours? It's fitting in the colder stages like Norway, but not in Kenia. I had to adjust the dead zone on my Fanatec to make this game even playable.

They used the same graphics engine for Operation Flashpoint: Red river so it's now wonder why it looks beautiful. The gameplay controls are incredible even the replay controls are very intuitive and easy to use which makes it more enjoyable to watch after finishing races. It really is a cool ass game. It's sexy, the bitches'll be all on your dick if you play this with them. I don't respect women, I just fuck them shits.

Just got Dirt 3 (xbox 360) yesterday & I'm having more fun with a racing game than I've ever had in my life. And, I thought Need for speed Most Wanted and Midnight Club LA couldn't be topped. This game comes pretty close. Especially in the graphics and gameplay depts. I used to always skip replays or not watch them for long but the realistic environments and atmosphere, even spectator's running across the road & reactions during close calls & crashes are just amazing. Great details.

The only issue I was having with this game was the super annoying guy that talks to you inbetween races. He's always calling you Bro! Dude! Amigo!

If you have PC version you can mess with one of the files and prevent all talking from inbetween races. :D

Why are the controls so twitchy? You never need to turn your analog stick more than a millimeter in most cases. Its weird and very hard to get used to after, for example, Forza 3 thats super stiff.

Dirt 2 was much better. I think codemasters wanted to make some silly arcade thing and removed all the the real physics in dirt 3, it is also full of bugs. I am tossing the CD out the window.

@lmnop821 DiRt is 60-70% rally, so if you like it more than regular racing on tracks, get DiRt.

If you don't like either type of racing more, get DiRT

(however I'd just get Gran Turismo 5)
