  • Howes obviously has hidden agendas and is working behind the scenes for his own needs. Here are the real questions for Mr. Howes: Why is it that you moved the Town Manger next to you when after more than fifty-years of tradition the outgoing selectman sits on your right? Why are you and Mr. Whelan so cozy? Where is the computer that left the Town mangers office just days after the document request? Do you pay the Post Office for all of those Howes Insurance mailings that Iwe get?
