@Sammy121983 That's why not everyone is able to imitate an accent almost perfectly (Gael Garcia Bernal does, his English is fantastic), Bardem and Pe obviusly not, they can speak fluent English but not hide their Spanish accent: their work in Usa is limited to roles of Mexican, Southern Americans etc. But foreign languages are like maths, not everyone is good at.

I went to a bilingual school and I learned English at 6 and even though I'm good at it I do have an accent (obviously not nearly as heavy as Penelope's but you can still tell I'm a foreign) and the same thing happens to all of my Spaniard friends. Now, most of my Mexican friends have almost no accent at all..
