a growing secret spoociety born in indonesia but has been dormant in evolving humanity only now florishing as we move closer to exspoonding higher consciousness in 2012
initiation involves halucigens and if you dont get this video you should try taking some , mushrooms preferably
This looks like an FMV from the best puzzle/adventure game never made.
I first saw this about a year ago, and out of the blue today I was compelled to seek it out. I remember the first few times I watched I didn't hear him say 'or trouble' (probably cos me and my mate were in stitches), so when I finally heard him say it I freaked out.
The moral of this story is, Spoonman is genius, and even more so when high.
I can't even begin to express how this has changed my life. I understand the true meaning of the spoonmans message. It's not for everyone. But those who get it will have their lives forever filled with meaning and glee!
We kind of forget today how ground braking compression software was back in the day. Today we download movies without thinking about it but it was not that long ago when anything over 64 bit (I think) was consider as being unstable.
J - I'm telling you -- something about the soundtrack, the spoken words, the character, and the actor that make you want to watch this over and over -- and, the intrigue to decode the true, hidden meaning in SpoonMan's words.... Incredible. Thanks for being honest and telling us about the multi-views!
Quicktime was groundbreaking stuff back in the day, from what I understand. Now we can use that technology to buy & download full length movies over the internet. Amazing how far Quicktime has come!
So the point of this video (back in 1990), was essentially to show how Macs could play back color video and audio responsively right in the windowing system? Pretty cool find.
EXACTLY! Yes, back then, it was showing that 1) we can feed content IN to the computer (digitizers were rare back then!) and that we can play it back in a moveable 'QuickTime' window. You got it! Thanks for watching!
adiblasi thanks for uploading this i have not seen it in a few years i love this thank you so much i love any think to do win vintage/retro computer stuff
DJ -- soon. My friend "ThisIsAdamB" warned me about seperating cables from their computers. I have to dig up the special NeXT cable that provides video and power to the damn NeXT monitor. Without it, I can't do anything... soon. Stay tuned!
J - specifically to 'QuickTime' -- nothing -- these were just the guys at Apple creating content to digitize and show how QuickTime could play back short movie clips. Oh man, I love this clip. What a great SuperHero -- "SpoonMan" -- he wacks villians over the head with his big wooden spoon. Brilliant!
HI Tom - yes, me using the damn NeXT cube, once I find the damn cable that I packed away in storage and film it! Stay tuned. More to come this weekend.
Tom - congrats on that G4 PowerBook. I use one myself (I have not yet upgraded to an Intel chipset with portable needs as of yet) -- and it works just fine! Enjoy!
LOL. Look at that -- you caugt me, literally before I walked out the door this morning. Thanks for watching. Now, tell me, how many times did you just watch this short clip? LOL!
