  • I'm guessing that nobody was able to overcome their embarrassment for being in the same room with this demonstration.

Sadly, satire is so rarely interpreted as didactic--much like Socrates, the indignation always takes first spot in the minds of the affronted.

...In other words, slavery is still wrong, wherever it is and whatever other names it uses. Thanks guys.

  • "I'm very excited to be here". I thought you might be.

  • "Mr Unruh".....isn't that the name of a serial killer?

  • The Fins got OWNED.... YES MEN RULE...!

  • yes-men rules!!!

  • Dear Yes Men: PLEASE go after Bayer Pharmaceuticals next. A year ago I was given a 6-day prescription for their drug (aka POISON) Ciprofloxin and have been crippled and unable to walk ever since. I am only 30 years old and was previously one of the healthiest people I knew. My entire life: DESTROYED. And I've found thousands of others online who share the same story. Bayer continues to legally CRIPPLE people every single day and get away with it. They are MURDERERS as far as I'm concerned.

  • @papatoony Your message was flagged as spam. While I disagree with your message, I can't find a reason to censor it. To other viewers, I'm not advocating papatoony's message, I'm advocating non-censorship. Post at will please.

  • @pgrimes21 Which message are you disagreeing with exactly? That Bayer is CRIPPLING thousands of unsuspecting people every year? Because that's quite easy to prove.

  • It does not work so well in Finland. Its hard to get Finnish people exited about new flashy ideas, we are quite critical. Everyone thought it was funny and no one was offended, but I am not so sure if anyone actually believed this was true.

  • @miiiikku Nope, one newspaper article apparently didn't catch on that it was a parody xD

  • @miiiikku Not so sure about "flashy, new ideas" because I don't see anything flashy or new about what they were presenting. I do agree that the reaction was a little muffed because Scandanavians tend to be a bit more informed than most of the Western world. In any regard, it's a pretty humurous, satirical skit.

  • i can't believe they just got away with it.

    this is so freakin' hilarious.

    XD

  • Rent the movie. It is awesome!

  • I would have loved to hear the questions! :D

  • 5:30 perfectly put.

  • "What Einstein called A THOUGHT EXPERIMENT"!!! LOL

  • What's so funny about that bit? Einstein did use thought experiments extensively in special and general relativity, because real experiments are difficult to construct.

  • looks like someone needs more sense of humour and less "nerdyness"...

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! THIS IS PERFECT!

  • slaves "workers"

    too funny! and painfully true...
