  • such a shame he never won a championship really, great guy

  • Does anyone have the official post race interviews in this race?!

  • "Barrichello just taking it from Coulthard" erm...

  • delighted for rubens nice to see him win it

  • I miss those days. The days when it was true sportsmanship. When no1 used to hate each-other. And it was all about RACING! :/

  • Comment removed

  • Barrichello on the top step, racing in the rain, around a track with a corner named for Senna, with Senna's former team-mate and test driver beside him. Amazing, emotional, what else can be said?

  • Thanks for the upload!!

  • BACK IN THE DAYS :D :D :D

  • First Barrichello's victory was must beautiful and incredible that all Schumacher victories with Ferrari.

  • 9:07 Ohhh we love him ;-)

  • some1 realised the constructeur stastistic is absolutely wrong which is shown at the end? 54 +54 = 98?? MKAY!

  • @Kellemaniac no it's not wrong. they were 98, because in austria mclaren didn't get 10 points from mika hakkinen's victory because of an irregularaty on the finn's car.

  • I loved the original hockenheim when it had those long straights

  • @REI02021809 yeah I miss them too

  • esse rubinho e um perdedor

  • Been watching F1 since 1996 and I've cried twice..once at the podium of Hockenheim 2000 and the other time at Interlagos 2008.

  • The man who should deserve a World Drivers Championship Title in his C.V. after over 300th GP starts...

  • The man who should deserve a World Drivers Championship Title in his C.V. after over 300th GP starts...

  • i love how Rubens and Schumi always did the handswinging thing on the Italian anthem :D

  • That had to be one of the best podium celebrations I've ever seen.

  • why does mclaren only has 98 points when both mclaren drivers got 54 points?

  • 9:25 - When will we see a scene like this again? Wonderful.

  • It was a great race and everyone just seemed to love Rubens winning. Hakkinen who pretty much had the race in the bag couldn't bring himself to be annoyed that he lost the grand prix he seemed to enjoy it more than if he had won the race. That was a great German Grand Prix, and the crowds response was fantastic too. I miss the old hockenheim circuit.

  • @13Xerro That track was sickly awesome...

  • For that kind of emotion to outpour... It was an iconic grand prix.

  • What a man Rubinho is.

  • What a great day... Everybody in my livingroom was crying

  • This race makes me cry w/ joy every time :).

  • Ahh back when Formula 1 didnt need constant rule changes to keep people interested. What an era for Formula 1! Used to be so good!!

  • i think f1 should be more close to the fans again.... who the fuck watches a f1 race in the east? :D

miss the old hard f1 time... so much tactics T.T

  • 9.30 - Thats fucking great sportsmanship, god bless Barrichello, Häkkinen and Coulthard.

  • If you weren't in Ferrari or McLaren during this season, it would have been hard to get into the top 4 without retirements from those 4 drivers. Hard, but not impossible.

  • ahhhh f1 10 years ago, emotion, packed grandstands, scenery, air horns, the lot. BERNIE GET THE HELL OUT OF THOSE GOD FORESAKEN TRACKS IN THE MIDDLE/FAR EAST they are ruining the spectacle. The locals just arent interested, every race seems totally devoid of any kind of atmosphere, all the tracks look the same, boring flat mixtures of the same old corners (has no one heard of hills out there) gone are the days of grandprixs where the drivers could hear the crowd over the engine!! rant over

  • @shazmeister2005 1120% agreed.

  • Raikkonen & Rubens doing look like each other, same emotions :)

  • 9:25 thats sportsmanship

  • Yess

    Rubens rain master!!!

  • the best victory ever

  • just look at barrichelo from 7:02 'till 7:10,funny,but I can't denie that this win was marveleous

  • Rubens wins with dry tires in rain conditions.....Hakkinen.....Coulthard and all others drivers changed for wet tires....Senna and Rubens= rain master!!!

  • Ruben's will race for Williams next year. Can he get Williams back to winnig ways?

  • That the first time the brazilian anthem was palyed since senna

  • Best podium ceremony ever. I cried a little while watching this. :D

  • Congratulations to Rubens as he won the european gp this year. his first since china 04 when he was with Ferrari

  • Now he's won the Italian GP, he is a contender for the championship

  • What a magical moment was that. I wanna see this in future with B. Senna

  • The best F1 moment after senna victory in brazil 1993 with the peoples on track

  • Ross Brawn :)

  • Man this brings me to tears....

  • I missed old races man. Barrichello my favourite until 99. Hockenheim 2000 won't forget man. And yes i7I4 that was not rubens that was ayrton senna. This race Barrichello save Ferrari and Schumi if he finished 3rd Ferrari and Schumi lost their position so this is more important for Ferrari. I wish the old races come back man. We want hakkinen-schumi rivalry. We want to see Barrichello's overtakings. We want to see the teams like jordan, prost, arrows etc. I become cold Formula-1 this days.

  • Yes. They keep changing the cars, changing the rules, changing the qualifying. This is absolutley ridiculous.

  • Barrichello, vamo ganhar esse ano!!

  • Ah , i m missing mika , such a fair sportsman

  • Me, too. Mika was definitely a class act.

  • True!

  • Mclaren did not score constructor's championship points in Austria that year. So Murray is wrong.

  • Rubens Barrichello, always a perennial favorite for me. I'm so glad that Brawn GP kept him. He's very special, not only as having the most grand prix starts of any active driver. He's also the most experienced one, as well as the only active driver who had any sort of ties with Ayrton Senna, my hero.

  • great spirit between the maclaren drivers and barichello when they held him up

    that's great

  • The best drivers on podium...Barichello,Hakinnen,Coulthard :-)

  • Ich war daneben im Stau auf der Autobahn

  • klasse xD

  • Do wish those ausie presenters could have kept their mouths shut from the start of the podium!

  • Murray says "McLaren leads the constructors championship", watch at 1:54 and you´ll find out something different.

  • Murray is the Fuck!!!!!!!

  • Great win for a brilliant driver, probably the most honest person in F1 at the moment, and hope the new team replacing Honda will keep him. F1 is all the more better because of Rubens

  • GRANDISSIMO!

  • Great win for Rubens, DO WISH THOSE PRESENTERS WILL SHUT UP!

  • Ferrari: Emotions for both Schumi and Rubihno in 2000.

  • FORZA FERRARI!

  • One of the greatest moments in Formula 1 history, without a doubt!!!!

  • I was so happy for Rubens when he won this race. I don't see Hamilton or Raikkonen displaying pure unashamed emotion like this. I condemn any person who says that this is funny...I nearly cried when I saw this.

  • that was ayrton senna

  • I did cried and i am not ashamed of that, as a proud Brazilian, this brou back some memories that we'll never forget. And to see our flag on top and hear or national anthems was, ow well till today still hard not to cry.

  • Great Barrichello!

  • You cannot honestly say that Senna wasn't riding with Rubino that day.Amazing drive that I will never forget

  • I still can't watch this with dry eyes, Rubens is such a great sportsman and always comes across as a genuinely nice guy and its moments like that, that remind you how wonderful F1 can be at times.

  • it was a race that I remember today still.. to win a grand prix departing from the fund, having the slick tyres on the wet one was something of fantastic..

(sorry for my english, i'm italian..:)..)

  • one of the greatest moments in sport history

  • The first Brazilian race winner since Ayrton Senna in Australia 1993.

  • mika's reactions were funny during the italian anthem

  • rubens is the last great pilot of a classic and romantic period of f1

  • Thank`s man Rubens it`s my favorite this race was very, very emotional for me.

  • Do you have this part with full itv covarage.

  • It is actually Channel 9's coverage in Australia.

  • Man all those channel 9 Formula One graphics in Australia bring back a lot of memories :)

  • than why is it murrey walker commentating?

  • Because Channel 9 take Murray Walker ITV's race commentry. I think Canada and quite a few other Countries take race commentrys from ITV.

  • Most popular win of this decade.

  • Response to F1Ram: What about the victory of Jean Alesi at the 1995 Canadian GP?

  • @F1Ram My favorite race, EVER!!!!

  • First!!!
