  • for some reason i still can get it any advice?

  • Nice curtains...

  • You make it look so easy, but for some reason my hands won't throw the ball straight up - I keep crossing the balls and I don't know how to stop. So annoying!

  • Nice job, dude

  • I don't get it .. why are you guys showing people how to do this and not WARNING people of the dangers it involves . . I have seriously hurt my spine doing this trick . . how come nobody ever talks about this ?

  • @BelialfromAbbadon Oh, that's terrible. I should have warned in general, not just about this trick. I hurt my right shoulder seriously years ago practicing 3 ball backcross. I couldn't sleep at night for a couple of days or so because of the excruciating pain. The pain was so acute that I even felt like vomiting when commuting. It took me a good month to fully recover.

I really do hope you will get well soon. In the meantime, I will put a warning somewhere in my channel.

  • @knsmr Wow, you guys are a bunch of vaginas

  • @BelialfromAbbadon

You're doing something wrong if your back is even really involved in juggling, especially a normal trick like this one. I

  • @DesireSpasm you ?

  • @BelialfromAbbadon

I suppose, you should make sure you're just using your arms.

  • @DesireSpasm it might just be that I was pretty unfit at the time .. it isn't hurting any more but .. then again, I haven't really been doing the box anymore

  • @BelialfromAbbadon you should stop juggling new tricks with sharp knives then...

  • Dude, I have been doing the Box ( no videos ) and have really hurt my back by doing so . . is this common ?

  • @BelialfromAbbadon Like I said in the above comment, it's not so uncommon to get injury from juggling practice. Especially, repetitive strain injury is common. I would say 1 out of 20 jugglers has experienced some sort of damage and had to stop practicing for a while. Go search for advice at rec.juggling(just google it and you'll get there). Again, I'm sorry about what happend to you.

  • roflmao......juggling balls...xD lmaooo.

  • ohhhh i must try this now....

  • OMFG its really fun trick to do 2 ball is easy but when doing with 3 balls its so hard you guys need to perfect with 2 ball so it can be easy with 3 ball it needs practise tho

  • what beanbags do you use here in this video?

  • thank you !

  • i think its best to leave this trick untill u get a bit better, and then u naturally get better at the trick, then spending 2 hours trying to figure out how to do it

  • Slow motions would be good tho.

  • im thinking about buyig new jugglig balls and i was wondering wat kind do you use?

  • please watch my video explaining different juggling balls. the title of the vidoe is about juggling balls.

  • I still remember how I felt; I found this trick really tough even after I could run 100 catches on average. Even after that and after I stopped practising this particular trick, I have slowly made progress and now I don't have to watch balls. As long as you play around with balls, you get better. This gives me a sense of wonder.

  • so many funny conversations when you talk about juggling balls

  • and its very very hard

  • i have been trying this trick for months... my body just wants to throw all three balls up at once right as i tey it...any tips??

  • Break down the pattern and practice a small part of it step by step. And then, try to put them together. This method works fine with complicated or unfamiliar patterns. Also, just remember the box is not an easy pattern. It took me 7 months to reach 100 catches.

  • very good tutorial but i still need help on it where did you learn this trick?

  • Hmmm? You mean from whom I learnt this trick? This trick is very very common.

  • thank you ,you are so smart ....and so like a teacher ...i like this video ......i am be you student .....thank ^ ^

  • what kind of balls do you use?

  • oh i see you have a video about that

  • i wish to see the trick in slow motion

  • I found this trick to be one of the most difficult 3 ball tricks to learn! :)

The balls would not stay completely vertical.

Practice solved that problem of course.

  • awesome how to,thnx, keep posting more :)

  • just 36 seconds, but these 36 seconds actually help ^^

    thanks a lot.

  • Great!

  • good tutorial
