How did you get the green circle to float up and down? I want to make a game with a ghost, and I want him to bob like that. Thanks.

Its a Movie clip basically :)
You create your object on frame 1 then say at frame ten insert another key frame and move your object up a bit then insert a keyframe at frame 20.
Between those keyframes you right click and choose Motion tween
then your done, I can do a video on it if you want!
