I know it's John Digweed. They hired him to produce all of the music for the entire series, including the ones in the fight scenes. It's not Heavent Scent. I've played this song millions of times in clubs as a DJ, and even then it was originally made by Bedrock.

It was called Spider-Man The New Animated Series. It aired on MTV from July,11th 2003 to September 12th 2003. And to be honest this series wasn't good at all. All the characters were weird looking and it wasn't fun to watch. I prefer the Spider-Man cartoons that aired on Fox kids back in the 90's

disney owns the rights to the 90s show which was on fox kids which was still allowed death and had vampires.

in spectacular, electro gets his powers from a converter and electric eels, spidey usually ends up around a bombing. and they often take things from pervious spideys as tribute. though for a kids show you get lines I love like "that bomb will go off any minute now, and then our dear mr. Lincoln will be painting the town red.....well the ballroom anyway." and they are allowed to kill.
