Uh... that isn't Kathleen Robertson, ingodidoubt.... it's the incomparable Deb Theaker as the Deitrich character. Sorry, but Kathleen can't hold a candle to Deb's comic talent.

they are actually doing a parody of Clarke Gable and Marlene Deitrich. Excellent makeup and comic timing. Will this ever be released on DVD? Seems highly unlikely and thats a shame. Easily Kathleen Robertson's best work. Joe is great too.

THAT was hilarious. I used to watch this as a young young young kid. The thing I remember most is the creepy fly and the theme song. And the adult baby. And some episode where the father sings "When a man loves a woman." No one else remembers anything about this!!!

Yes! Thank you SO much for posting that! If you have *any* more Maniac Mansion you totally need to post it. I've been thinking about this show a lot lately and want to see anything I can. Awesome.

I'd love to see the Cliffhanger episode where they had the cast party afterwards and everyone was totally different... that was great. Eugene Levy had a cameo in that episode.

Wow! Fantastic. Maniac Mansion was a rare comic gem. I think Deb Theaker has gone on to work with Christopher Guest on his films...cause Eugene Levy created this show.
