@SpudMills It came out in a business news show I was watching a few weeks ago. I have not heard if they have changed their minds. You are right, it was a main staple when we were kids.

Call it "re-visiting my childhood", but I decided to buy a box Cap'n Crunch's Peanut Butter cereal last week. It was one of my favorites back then, and still mighty good, I must say, though I don't have quite as much of a sweet tooth now.

But then I noticed that only the Cap'n was on the front of the box?! I thought, "Didn't there used to be some other character on the front of the box?" And then it hit me! Smedley! Good ol' Smedley!
