  • Hey everyone here. Please check out my page for a lot of the music from DOUBLE DARE & new ones that should be on the show, that should be on the air again. But last for 60 minutes.

  • hey by anychance do you have the cue-in music ,like before they go to break, for example, but in the wesley eure version , before they search a room, or they show , the departing gift for the departing contestants, when they give them the gift certificates to toys-r-us, if you know what i mean... • dam that sax bring back memories the f**king 80s days.

  • If you can find the remote hidden in this picture, then you could win a run through our pize packed house where what you find is what you keep on Finders Keepers! And now here's the host of Finders Keepers, a man who doesn't have a clue, Larry Toffler!

  • do you have the finders keepers 1987 theme.

  • @timetravelhyman88 I dont have that clean theme because the 1987 version hasnt been released yet. I only have the last minute of the theme that i recorded from the tv show, but i hope the 87 version be released soon.

  • @tvshowkid Well, did it come out now?

  • Edd Kalehoff: the master of themes, especially if you grew up in the NYC area.

  • I actually made my own Finders Keepers episode using my house with my friend as a contestant. I hosted and did camerawork, and recorded this theme from the TV onto a cassette player (30sec and 90sec, when the song ended time was up lol). I still have the 8mm tape of it lying it around somewhere.

  • I was a few years shy of the target demographic back when this show was on. To tell you the truth, I never even knew this show existed until I got addicted to it on Nick GAS. I don't know anyone who wouldn't get a kick out of trashing a nice, clean house!

  • What's syndicated mean?

  • @411jvg - Syndicated programs are programs that are produced by national companies, and are sold to local television stations, regardless of their network affiliation. Syndication is why you may be able to see Wheel of Fortune/Jeopardy! on an NBC affiliated television station in one local, and a ABC affiliated television station in another location.

Most television that are on local television stations are either network (ABC, NBC, CBS, etc) or syndicated.

  • @rickhh1 A lot of independent channels will also carry syndicated programming like Family Feud, the People's Court, Wendy Williams, South Park reruns, etc. and in many cases syndicated programming will fill in the entire broadcast day. Star Trek: The Next Generation, Voyager, and Deep Space 9 all aired exclusively in syndication.

  • Do you think that finders keepers would make a good nintendo video game unlike they made double dare for nintendo?

  • @tvshowkid i didn't think double dare was that bad

  • @tvshowkid - It would have... if they did the game right. Seeing some of the stuff that came out of GameTek then, it's questionable. I think given the format of the game, it would have been tough, since it's a fast moving show during the searches... maybe too fast for 8-bit technology. Would be a much better concept these days with today's video game technology.

  • @rickhh1 I could see it working for a PC with the mouse to find the stuff, but I think having to use the controllers to highlight the object may be slow and get boring quick. Then again with the PC, all we could play back in that day was PAWS.

  • @tvshowkid Absolutely not. Terrible translation.

  • @tvshowkid , Do you still remember Fun House became a NES game when the show went season 3 aka when it to Fox.

  • @tvshowkid, good question on that. I have to say maybe depends on how nintendo & nick desided it when you went into the house to find the hidden item. I think it could of worked but, who knows right.

  • Unlike Eure's version, which was taped in Philadelphia, Toffler's version was taped at Fox Television Center in Hollywood, home of Mama's Family, In Living Color, and 227.

  • I happen to like this version and Eure's version equally.

  • This FK Theme is MUCH BETTER than Wesley Eure's Version; this one ROCKS!!!

  • @juan833blue I agree, but I liked the theme to make the grade the best of all!

  • In this version of Finders Keepers, the 1st team to match with whatever is hidden in the picture they $25, they also win a right to search a room, if they find the object in the room they get $50, if they don't then the money goes to the other team. The team with the most money at the end of 2 rounds wins and goes on the wild room to room romp for 6 awesome prizes.

  • @chrispleasantable In Round 2, Hidden Pictures are worth $75 and Rooms are worth $100. Also, One of the Remaining Rooms is the INSTANT PRIZE Room.

  • @AaronBruceLadner That's right. In the instant prize room, in order to win the prize, the team has to find the hidden object. In the Room to Room Romp, the winning team has 90 seconds to cover 6 rooms to earn 6 prizes. Remember they're looking for object clue cards, they will tell you where you're going.

  • If you can find the Pyramid hidden in this Picture, then You can win a Romp through our Prize Packed House, Where what you Find is what you Keep, on Finders Keepers.

And now, Here's the Host of Finders Keepers, a Man who can't find his Socks in the Morning, Larry Toffler.

  • This is yet another example of the GS theme magic that is Kaleoff, no doubt!

  • name the game show that sounds exactly like this or any theme song?

  • "If you can find the [object] hidden in this picture, then you can win a run through our prize filled house, where what you find is what you keep on Finders Keepers.

    And now here's the host of Finders Keepers, the man who has nothing to hide, Wesley Eure! {Larry Toffler!}

  • The music for Finders Keepers was written by Edd Kalehoff. The music package was updated when the show went into syndication, with more instruments being added to all tracks (similar to that of Double Dare when it went into other versions). There are three versions of the main theme. The intro theme to the Nickelodeon version and had a piano lead. The ending theme to the Nick version had a guitar lead. Then there's this version which has more of a sax lead.

  • I really liked how they jazzed this theme up for syndication. Much better than the Eure version imo.

  • @BradDP90 BOTH VERSIONS OF THE THEME FINDERS KEEPERS ARE THE SAME

  • This show rocked my socks when I was young!!!!!

  • it's got to be the music!

  • Do you have a clean version of the eure theme tv kid?

  • I loved this gameshow; it only lasted from 1987-1989.

  • i can play this on my keyboard

  • Awesome theme...I LOVED this show. I wish they would bring it back!

  • Thanks, tvshowkid! This DOES sound cleaner and much better than the other Toffler theme that was uploaded here!

  • Nice to see the newly discovered clean toffler theme making its way around the internet. Now if only the other cues could be found.
