Don't think this was ever released as a single...pretty sure it sat in the Imperial vaults untill the 80's and i took this copy from a vinyl LP released from that time..
All the Whities ripped poor old Smiley off, but I have to say some of the Whities versions were superior, for instance, Dave Edmonds 'Knocking' a far better version, but with the advantage of better equipment, recording techniques and publicity, anyhow Smiley, thanks a bunch, I will never forget you, you are a part of ,musical historyy to those of us who carry on the legacy of Sam Phillips.
